MEET PARUL GOSALIA
A trained Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist, Parul has a penchant for improving holistic health of individuals. She is also a Reiki Grand Master and practitioner. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from M S University of Baroda. Prior to that, she is a post graduate with a management degree from Wellingker Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and a graduate from H L College of Commerce, Ahmedabad.

Beyond her academic and professional credentials, Parul’s work is deeply rooted in holistic transformation and preventive wellness. With expertise in Advanced Pranayama, Meditation, Chakra Healing, Reiki, Ho’oponopono, and Nature Cure, she helps individuals cultivate physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner well-being.
As an i-Transform Coach, Parul uses Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation as powerful tools for personal growth and self-discovery. Her dedication to the practice is reflected in her remarkable achievement of completing 108 Surya Namaskars at a stretch in a record 100 minutes, demonstrating the discipline, focus, and resilience she inspires in others.
A Pre & Post Natal Yoga Coach and Guidance & Counsellor, Parul works with individuals across every stage of life. She actively imparts training in technically correct Yoga to diverse groups of participants and is committed to making holistic wellness accessible and practical for all.
She works closely with a Baroda-based senior citizen community and groups of middle-aged individuals, helping them improve physical health, mobility, mental wellness, and overall quality of life. She also supports youngsters in improving posture, which is instrumental in enhancing confidence and overall personality development, while counselling teenage students to enhance focus, build emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-awareness.
Parul’s commitment to well-being extends far beyond her professional practice. For over 20 years, she has been actively involved in voluntary service with various non-profit organizations, including CRY across multiple cities in India and Ashadeep. She has dedicated her time to supporting patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, spending meaningful time with senior citizens, and teaching underprivileged children.
Through her work as a wellness expert, counsellor, coach, and volunteer, Parul embodies the belief that true wellness is not only about personal transformation but also about compassion, service, and creating a positive impact in the lives of others.
